Inside The Simplified Homeschool Mama Academy, you’ll follow one simple monthly focus that keeps you moving forward. Each week, you’ll get short, practical trainings (around 10 minutes), plus gentle coaching from me, so you always know your next step. And best of all, you’ll belong to a Christ-centered community of homeschool mamas who “get it,” so that you can get the accountability you need.

How the Academy works:

Simple focus. Real progress.

One Monthly Theme

Every month has one big theme aka main focus for the month (like Rhythm, Grace, Gratitude, or Peace). This keeps each month intentional and focused on one area at a time.

Weekly Micro Focuses

Each monthly theme gets broken down into smaller weekly subcategories, which I like to call micro-focuses. (Heart Week | Home Week | Homeschool Week | Reflection + Transition Week | and every 5th Monday of the month, a BONUS WEEK!)

These are simple, intentional weekly focuses that will help you grow and support your WHOLE mama self without adding the pressure of focusing on too many things at once.

During the month, you will receive a new new audio training/challenge (that’s under 5 minutes!) delivered to you in your email every Monday morning. This way, you can listen first thing in the morning as a dose of encouragement to help you hit the ground running in the new week.

1-on-1 Coaching available to you EVERY Friday

Mama Chat Fridays are our personal, 1-on-1 weekly coffee date using a free app called Voxer. This is your chance to ask a question, share a win, or get a little mama-to-mama encouragement before the weekend, while you’re on the go, or just simply at home.

This private coaching session is available to all mamas inside the Academy every Friday!

Hey mama, I’ve been a homeschooling mom for over a decade and I know what it feels like to be behind, exhausted, and constantly wondering if you’re doing enough.

Which is exactly why I created this space.

My heart is to help you thrive not just as a homeschool teacher, but as the whole woman behind the homeschool.

I’m a fellow homeschool mom of multiple children (3 in fact) and I’ve been homeschooling for over a decade. I’m also the founded of Embracing Homeschool and the creator of the homeschool curriculum called The Simplified Feast.

Yep! You’re never locked in. If the Academy isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your membership anytime. There are no refunds, but you’re free to cancel your membership at any time to stop future charges.

Just send an email to cherelle@embracinghomeschool.com at least 5 days before your next billing date.

*If you signed up with the Founding Mama Rate, your price is locked in as long as you stay inside the membership. If you cancel your subscription and then choose to come back later, you will have to pay whatever the current membership price is.

When you join The Simplified Homeschool Mama Academy, you’ll get instant access to all of our current resources, trainings, and content. Because everything is digital (and available to you right away), there are no refunds once you enroll.

All membership fees are non-refundable, no matter your level of participation, how much you use the resources, or if life circumstances change.

If you cancel your membership, you will no longer be charged, however, you will not be refunded the prorated difference.

The Academy isn’t about overwhelming you with a bunch of content, PDF’s, courses and checklists. It’s also not about you being on live zoom calls multiple times a week, posting in it day and night and spending hours each day to work on your goals.

Inside the Academy, you will choose which goals aka micro-focuses feel right to you for that week, and you’ll only focus on THAT. This approach will help you take more attainable progress in the next 90 days than you have in the last 2 years. Of course, if you’re a go-getter and super ambitious for the week, feel free to tackle more than one micro-focus a week. (Not required at all though!)

And hey, if you can’t complete a micro-focus for the week, just remember that there’s always the next week to start over and pick things up. 🤍

That’s exactly why the Academy was created. You’ll only focus on one simple task each week—something practical and doable that fits into real life. No overwhelm, no long lessons, just small steps that add up to big change over time.

Think of this like a gym membership. You don’t have to use every machine, fitness class or piece of equipment at the gym to see progress. You just have to use what works for you. Same with this membership.

I get it. Many homeschool families are single-income households. That’s why the Academy rate is the affordable rate that it is. I wanted to make this as accessible as possible, while still giving you the support, coaching, and community you need.

The price of The Simplified Homeschool Mama Academy’s monthly price is about the same as getting 2.5 coffees plus a little tip. Can you spare that a month and invest into yourself? Of course you can, because you deserve it.

The coffee drink will fade after a few minutes, but the impact that the Academy will have on your life is life-changing.

There’s nothing to “keep up” with here. Each month, you’ll have one theme and one focus per week, so if life gets busy, you can always jump back in the following week or at any time. The Academy is designed to meet you where you are, not add guilt or pressure.

Nope! While we’ll have live Q+A/Celebration calls at the end of each month (which are amazing!), but any other special trainings and replays are recorded and kept short. You can watch or listen to them on your own time, whenever it works for you.
